Description
The Public Library System of Dominus Columbia employs many clerks and archivists whose sole responsibility is assisting the Citizenry with research tasks that may be beyond their ability to investigate (not to mention access records and old documents not accessible to the general public).

Mechanics
Characters that have Society Membership: Citizen of Dominus Columbia may submit archival records requests (along with a 5 Shell service fee) to see if the Dominus Columbia Library Archives have any available information on a specific subject. These requests are processed in the order they are received, then turned in for pickup at Public Works when completed. If the archive is unable to find any information on the subject, the fee is refunded.PFA: Sage
