PFA: Techno Savant

By spending at least 10 Minutes, 1 Resolve, and 1 Scrap Card while working at the advanced experimental facilities within the Campus, you may go to a Director and improvise an experimental single-use device to assist you with a specific task. The specific effects will be determined by the Director based on the task you specified it to help with, and sealed in an envelope, and will not be known to the User (only the Techno Savant who made the Item may activate it) until activiation. Expenditure of more time and resources will allow for more potent and specific effects, but final call is up to the Director.
   

PFA: Grave Robber

Once per game, by spending 1 Resolve a Grave Robber may go to Public Works and be issued a permit to perform one Grave Procedure that would normally be illegal to conduct within The Bailey. Which Procedure you intend to perform must be notified and approved by Public Works. Infectus Mortis Procedures will not be approved outside emergency circumstances. Supply of these permits may be limited, or possibly even banned from issuance if Bailey Mortis Health is low.
   

PFA: Sage

Once per 12s, by spending 30 minutes and 10 Mind in active study somewhere you can peruse local setting materials and history, you can find connections deep buried that others may have missed. After completeing the roleplay requirement, report to Ops where a Guide or the Narrative Director will give you a clue relating to how to progress in your current investigation/plot relating to area background that no one else has uncovered yet.
   

PFA: Artisanal Cuisiner

By spending 5 Minutes and 10 Mind while working on adding garnish, seasoning, and final touches to a single serving a Meal, an Artisinal Cuisiner may disguise some other contents into the finishing touches in a way that will not be obvious until the Meal is consumed. Consume one Injested, Inhaled or Contact Poison or Drug card in order to add its effects to the Meal Serving.
Designers Note: The intention of this ability is to perform acts of civilized perfidy. Attempts to use it for Economic benefit fail. -L

Once per 12s, by spending 10 minutes and 10 Mind in active study of a crime scene or other site of investigation, you can find connections deep buried that others may have missed. After completeing the roleplay requirement, report to Ops where a Guide or the Narrative Director will give you a clue relating to how to progress in your current investigation relating to adetails discovered at the scene that no one else has uncovered yet.
 

PFA: Shadow

When getting into any sort of Disguise, you may spend 10 extra minutes as part of the Roleplay of getting the Disguise assembled brushing up on local background and photo-references. A Shadow who performs this extra roleplay while getting into Disguise may convincingly rep members of Bailey Local Societies. Use of this ability with another that allows for the passing of simple background checks (such as the Moulen Ruse Camofluage) also allows the Shadow to (selectively and as they wish) count mechanically as having any DR:MD Local Society Membership that convincingly matches their present disguise.
 

PFA: Free Radical

By spending 5 minutes and expending 1 Resolve in rest and convalescence within the Campus, you may purge yourself of any single Disease (of any stage) that is not Local to a different Chapter (unless the Disease Plot Kit allows for cures at other Games) or explicitly marked incurable at present. The stage of the Disease is reduced to 0 (in most cases, curing it).
