Lenny Munsen
One of the more vocal members of the local King and Queens Court faith. Lenny is a leather jacket wearing, hoodlum to most. But really, he just wants the music to flow. Like many of the locals he doesn't believe in any real magic to the music but he does feel that there is wisdom encoded in the music left behind by the ancient humans before they went extinct. Lenny is just back from a months long Tour of the eastern wastes that took him all over the place. He learned that some settlements have radio towers and people even have personal radios. Some towns far less impressive than those within the Bailey even have electric instruments like guitars! Why the hell isn't that something his crew gets to enjoy?
Lenny's goals are simply to bring 'modern' technology to the Bailey and make it accessible to the public. He just doesn't understand how to do that because he's just an average person, not a tech head. He just wants to smoke a dube and play some tunes and put a breath of life back into living in the Bailey.
