Description

One things cities always have an abundance of is strangers. Amongst so many new people it can be easy to blend in, if one were so inclined.

Mechanics

Lineages with Basic Stealth may Take 1.0 Levels of Exhaustion in order to rearrange and reconfigure their costuming to obscure their features and look more non-descript for up to 1 Hour. While this does not allow the flexibility to craft a specific persona, it does allow the Lineage to identify as "someone else" (or similar) if challenged. This scrutiny will not hold up to any serious level of interrogation, and is revealed by any use of Basic Malicious, or other means to restrain a character.
