Dean Caville Northrop
Dean Caville Northrop is the current Dean of the Last Hope University's War College. Northrop is a pureblood from a family that has been long involved in the professions of soldiery. Northrop themselves was a naval Warship Captain based out of the Anna Polis area. Northrop commanded the Warship 'Pride of Anna Polis', a wooden galleon with 81 canons boasting over two hundred sailors on board. While the Bailey itself does not possess a permenant Navy, Anna Polis has naval roots going back into the far flung history of the pre-fall times. Northrop is one of the biggest proponents of the foundation of a professional navy for Dominus Columbia.
