Captain Janus Peppier, LLD
Juris Doctor Janus Peppier is an International Rover that is the Dean of the Last Hope University College of Law. Formerly a captain in the Dominus Columbia air service that lost an eye during the three year horde, Jan has since retired to lead the quiet life teaching the bright young minds of the Bailey. Even toned but with a commanding presence, the Professor's classes and lectures are some of the most popular at the University.
